It is just one of five SS Republic®* coins of this date and mintmark graded MS61 by NGC. More amazing is the fact that only one coin of this date and mintmark (found anywhere) has ever been graded higher overall by NGC! Gold Eagles designated as "3 over 2" overdates have commanded higher premiums than those coins struck with a single year.
