Struck in 1925 to honor the 150th anniversary of the 1775 battles of Lexington and Concord, this 90% silver half dollar features a Concord 'Minute Man' ("Ready at a Minute's Notice") while the reverse features the Lexington Old Belfry tower, where the alarm was sounded to defend Lexington from the advancing British Redcoats. Each is in About Uncirculated condition. Rarely seen today, this is one of the most historically significant U.S. coins.
