Back in the Days when Rosie the Riveter took a break from welding, for lunch, she might pull a brand spanking new Mercury Dime out of her pocket, get two hot dogs and a Coke, and maybe get a couple cents back in change! Those days are gone, but luckily the dimes she used (granted a bit less sparkly having passed over that counter many times) are still available to you today!
Today our dimes are dull and pasty, because they're copper and nickel, not 90% silver like the ones you get in this quarter Troy pound bag of Mercurys! And they're tough to find. Can you remember getting one lately in change? Millions were melted to obtain their silver, and being able to get a quantity all at once like this is a real find!
