1837-1873 Half Dime Seated Liberty VF
Liberty Is Rock-Solid on These Half Dimes!
The portrait of Miss Liberty on these silver Half Dimes struck between 1837 and 1873 shows her seated on a rock, with a Liberty shield to protect her. This classic 19th century design was used all the way to end of the half dime series. Because of the small denomination, most were used so much in daily commerce that they just wore out. And because of the size, many were just plain lost. Here's your chance to get this vintage coin that hasn't been minted in over 135 years. Hurry-we don't have many.
