Possibly Unique Silver Denarius of Emperor Niger
Pescennius Niger ruled as Roman Emperor for 13 months during the "Year of Five Emperors." This Roman Silver Denarius featuring his bust is from 193-194 AD. It is extremely rare. There may only be one other example in existence or this coin may be unique. The only other one that has been reported may actually be this coin. In a search of the over 1,600 major coin auctions in the last 16 years, no other coins of this type have been sold. In fact, no museum in the world even has one!
