1955 United States Proof Set Flat Pack
Flat is Where it's At
When the U.S. Mint began producing complete proof sets in the 1950s, the coins were individually wrapped and came in a cardboard box. In the middle of 1955, the mint changed the packaging and created the "flat pack." If you collected proof sets when you were a kid, you'll remember them. All the coins are sealed together in a protective pack and delivered in an envelope from the Treasury Department. The flat packs from '55 are much scarcer than the boxed set. When you realize that any collectible from the 1950s in pristine condition is scarce and highly sought after, you'll snap these up at this remarkable price!
