The First of the First! 1986 First Strike Silver Eagles

30 years ago, the U.S. Mint began striking Silver Eagles, creating some of the most coveted and collected silver coins in the world. Now, tucked away by a private collector for three decades, we've discovered an incredible find. An entire, unopened monster box of 1986 Silver Eagles!

Any collector will tell you that a first-year release of any well-respected series is highly desirable, but these aren't just any first-year releases -- they're long-lost First Strikes! It was confirmed by a green card inside the monster box, signed by two mint employees verifying the date of Dec 1, 1986. It was true -- these 500 coins were among the very first Silver Eagles ever struck!

Graded in near-perfect Mint State-69 (MS69) by Professional Coin Grading Service (PCGS), these coins have been certified as "First Strike," and come complete with a storycard detailing the history of the Silver Eagle. Call before they disappear again!
