2001-2004-W 1 Dollar 1-oz Silver Eagle PCGS PR69DCAM Mercanti Signed 4pc Set
The First Four Years of West Point Silver Eagle Proofs -- Signed by John Mercanti!
When the Silver Eagle Proof series began, they were struck in San Francisco. After seven years, production moved to the Philadelphia Mint. Then, starting in 2001, the U.S. Mint began striking Silver Eagle Proofs at the West Point Mint, marking each Eagle with the "W" mint mark.
This set contains the first four years of the West Point Mint-struck Silver Eagle Proofs. Each coin comes graded by Professional Coin Grading Service (PCGS) in near-perfect Proof-69 (PR69) condition, sealed in a protective holder with a label hand-signed by John Mercanti, 12th Chief Engraver of the U.S. Mint and the sculptor who designed the Silver Eagle’s reverse.
Silver Eagle Proofs are struck just for collectors, and collectors love "firsts." Don’t miss out on this chance to secure the first four years of the "W" Silver Eagle Proof, match-graded and ready to add to your collection!
