Key-Date Last-Year-Of-Issues For Some Of America's Most Popular Vintage Coins

 

Last seen more than 80 years ago, the coins in this five-piece set are the last of their kind–last-year-of issue coins of some of the most popular and long-forgotten coins in American History of one-cent coins all the way up to a half dollar.

 

The coins include:

 

  • 1909 Indian Head Cent – replaced that same year by the Lincoln Cent.
  • 1912 Liberty Nickel – replaced by the Buffalo Nickel in 1913.
  • 1945 Mercury Dime – replaced by the Roosevelt Dime in 1946.
  • 1930 Standing Liberty Quarter – replaced by the Washington Quarter in 1932 (no quarters were minted in 1931 due to the Great Depression).
  • 1915 Barber Half-Dollar – replaced by the Walking Liberty Half Dollar in 1916.

Each coin come in Circulated Fine (F) condition meaning they were used by people going about their daily business during World War I, the Roaring ‘20s, the Great Depression, and World War II. The set will also come housed in a black velvet pouch and accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity
