What is Auto Delivery?
Auto Delivery is a convenient program that allows our customers to build their coin collection, one month at a time. An alternative to purchasing an entire collection at once, our Auto Delivery program allows you to place one order with GovMint.com, and have your purchase shipped to you in convenient monthly deliveries.

What will my monthly payment be?
The monthly payment will be the same each month until the collection is complete. Each Auto Delivery program will vary based on the unique items offered in that collection

When will I receive my first auto delivery shipment? And when can I expect each delivery after that?
You can expect your first Auto Delivery shipment and subsequent shipments to arrive within 2-4 weeks depending on your specific program after enrolling in the Auto Delivery Program. Future shipments will take place every month after that until the collection is complete.

What is the cancellation policy?
You may cancel your enrollment in an Auto Delivery program at any time; however, when you cancel your enrollment in an Auto Delivery program, we will not be able to re-enroll you in the program at a later date. To cancel your Auto Delivery enrollment, contact GovMint.com customer service at 1-800-721-0320.

Am I able to return my auto delivery product(s)?
GovMint.com stands behind our products with a full 30 day return privilege. Returned products must be sent, within 30 days of receipt, in its original packaging, complete and in saleable condition. All documents included with the product must also be returned. GovMint.com reserves the right to refuse to return any item(s) returned incomplete, or in a non-saleable condition for a full return of the purchase price (less all shipping and handling). Are there any other terms or conditions for the Auto Delivery programs?
Yes, all of GovMint.com’s standard policies, terms and conditions apply equally to the Auto Delivery Program. .

Can I pause my auto delivery program?
Auto Delivery programs may not be paused.

Where can I have my auto delivery shipment sent?
Auto Delivery may be sent to any valid U.S. and Canada addresses.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs for Auto Delivery programs will vary. Please refer to your specific Auto Delivery program rules for your monthly shipping costs.

How are products shipped?
Shipping methods will vary based on the Auto Delivery program being offered. In general, GovMint.com uses the following companies to ship our products: FedEx, UPS, or the United States Postal Service.

Will I be able to track my auto delivery shipment?

To ensure that there are no delays in processing your Auto Delivery shipment, please make sure to notify GovMint.com at least 7 days before your next Auto Delivery shipment.

Can I select or substitute product(s) within my auto delivery shipment?
Each Auto Delivery collection is carefully crafted to ensure the highest level of collectability. As such, substitutions and exchanges to Auto Delivery products are not allowed.

Can I have my auto delivery sent to another address as a gift?
Absolutely! A GovMint.com Auto Delivery collection would make a great gift for a friend or family member.

How much will I be billed every month?
The monthly payment will be the same each month until the collection is complete. Each Auto Delivery program will vary based on the unique items offered in that collection.

Are there any hidden fees?
No. For each Auto Delivery shipment, you will be charged your monthly Auto Delivery shipment cost, shipping and handling, and sales tax (MN and VA only).

When will I be billed for my auto delivery shipment?
Billing occurs on the day your order is shipped from our facility.

Can I buy out the remainder of the program in one purchase?
Yes! If you wish to purchase the entire collection at once, you may do so when you place the order. If you wish to purchase the remainder of the program at any point after your initial order, please contact GovMint.com customer service at 1-800-721-0320.

Will I receive my notification when the order has been shipped?
Yes. If you have provided GovMint.com your e-mail address when you placed your order, you will receive an e-mail notification with each shipment.

How will these orders appear on my credit card statement?

What payment do you take for auto delivery program?
At this time, payment may be made for Auto Delivery products by credit card only (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover).

Can I place my auto delivery order online at www.govmint.com?
At this time, enrollment in an Auto Delivery program is only available by calling GovMint.com at 1-800-721-0320.

Will I receive confirmation of my order?
If you provide GovMint.com with an e-mail address, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your enrollment in your Auto Delivery program. If you do not provide an e-mail address, a confirmation number will be provided to you on the phone when you place your order.

Can I use multiple credit cards for a single auto delivery shipment?
While you may switch credit cards during the term of an Auto Delivery program, each shipment must be purchased with a single credit card. You may not split a single shipment over multiple credit cards.
