The coin displays the allegorical personifications of Justice and Truth standing on a podium with Justice extending her arm to support Truth while tightly gripping the Sword of Justice. The letters "SC" (for "Supreme Court) are present along with a laurel wreath along the inner ring that encircles Truth and Justice. Laurel branches unfurl around the figures on the outer ring and a scroll bears the words "JUSTITIA ET VERITAS"–the Court's motto and the name of the allegories, which are also visible on the obverse, where a diamond shape formed by nine Maple Leaf-shaped lozenges represents the Court of nine judges. The obverse also features laurel branches and the effigy of King Charles III.

This Allegory of Justice & Truth Coin was struck in 4.6 ounces of highly pure silver with the outer rim struck in 99.39 grams of highly pure 99.99% silver and the inner core cast in 32.75 grams of 99.9% fine silver.
