Struck in one gram of highly pure 99.99% fine gold, these bars represent the first time Britannia has been struck as a 1-gram gold bullion bar. Plus, the image of the warrior queen was designed by famed Royal Mint artist Jody Clark, who reimagined previous Britannia designs to show her dressed in chain mail holding a trident in her left hand a shield in her right. Her plumed helmet is tilted back to reveal her face with long hair streaming past her shoulders. 

Individually Serial Numbered

Each bar measures 14.7 mm x 8.9 mm and comes in Mint State (MS) condition with its own unique serial number. As a final touch, each Royal Mint One-Gram Gold Britannia Bar will come packaged in a specially designed crimson-colored henna patterned blister pack. Henna patterns are popular temporary tattoos most often seen as vines and leaves. This form of body art represents devotion, vitality, luck and prosperity — making these the perfect gift for a wedding, anniversary or birthday.
