The reverse design depicts Sorolla's 1915 painting Leaving the Bath (Saliendo del Baño) that shows a mother drying off her baby after bathing in the sea. It was one of several works by Sorolla with similar content and the same title. Instead of a colorized design, however, the reverse is struck in high relief, bringing together two different strike methods AND two different Sorolla paintings on one coin!
