Each bar was struck in a Troy ounce of highly pure 99.9% fine silver by the SilverTowne Mint in Winchester, Indiana and pays tribute to both the United States of America and the firefighters who routinely risk their lives for their communities. The silver bar recreates the American Flag complete with all 50 stars and 13 stripes. Layered in enamel, one stripe is in crimson red to pay homage to “the thin red line of courage” in a show of respect to or firefighter who have been injured or killed in the line of duty.
The reverse includes the bar’s weight and purity. There is also space in the center where you can add a personalized engraved message. Each piece will also come in gleaming Proof-Like (PL) condition with brilliant and reflective finishes.
